The plugs don't come off. These things on top have come loose. Defective 👎

I've ordered this regulator 4 times because I lost the previous ones.
but this time it turned out to be defective, I know how to unscrew these plugs, but suddenly they just flew off and won't go back in, and part of the plug won't unscrew from the base at all.
I'm upset.
