Put the left die in the right slot and right die in the left slot, don't ask me why the alignment matters but it matters.

Also oh my god i love this and it's my baby, i'm not a very physically strong person but i was able to use this with ease, alot alot more ease than the plastic ones. It really does the heavy lifting all in its own i barely need to put pressure.

Love it, worth all the trouble customs gave me.

P.s total package weighs around 6kg and it works with holographic film, i use 135gsm photo paper and it it takes it wonderfully

I was a little disappointed with how long it took (over 2 months to ireland), this was due to many factors which was outside of the sellers control.
As for the machine, it's great, the dies were marked for the wrong side eg die a went in the b slot instead of a, so not really a big deal as the machine still works perfectly.
Great communication from the seller at all times, would recommend.
Once you factor in the time the machine comes to you, what you are ending up with is a perfect machine at a cheaper price, would recommend
