It arrived safely and with all its parts.

Cover photo is wrong, it doesn’t look like on the cover photo and has multiple colours like the just throw together parts not even checking.

The packaging came completely destroyed, and the actual product is broken, completely disappointed with this shop, order somewhere else

The winder's box was completely obliterated in the mail which made my winder damaged. Thankfully the seller is refunding, but i'm very disappointed in this product

Unfortunately, it did not work as expected and was damaged during delivery, but the seller refunded the money, thank you.

Works well

Okay, the winder made is here fast and looks like the image. But, unlike other wonders which move up and down. This one makes a diagonal spool, loose at the extremities. I followed the very simple instructions to the letter. So, guess what happens when you remove a "spool" from the machine? Yeah, right... a crazy mess! Forget pulling the middle end. 🤦🏻 ‍ ♀️ 🤦🏻 ‍ ♀️ Or... the other end for that matter! I'll for back to rolling round balls by hand! I'll give this away to someone i don't like!

The package box was destroyed during delivery but the winder survived in perfect condition. I think that is a good sign of durability.doing its purpose as supposed to.

I had so much fun balling up loose yarn and condensing other yarn so i can fit 2 in a package. The yarn tensor was a little floppy, but hubby jammed a toothpick in to keep it tight. Now, it works perfectly!

I purchased it on the 23rd and it arrived on the 29th. The box was damaged, but the item itself is very good. It's easy to wrap neatly and fun.

I ordered this thinking it was a different product for tightening floors, but it's different from what was described. I wondered if I had made a mistake, so I checked again and found that they described it as having different desk tightening screws as an advantage. This is like buying a defective item, but I'll just use it because it's too much hassle. The previous one was also bought from AliExpress, so I don't know when it will break. The price-performance ratio is good, but I wish they would sell honestly.

The delivery was really fast and the product works well.
